Re-New-ing Edinburg is accepting items for the Highway 79/63 Highway 8 Junk Hunt Loop set for Thursday through Saturday, Oct. 4-6. Donations may be taken to the Stewart’s Store at New Edinburg.
All proceeds from the sale of the items will benefit Re-New-ing Edinburg projects, according to a news release.
These projects include the New Edinburg Veterans Park, Christmas decorations, New Edinburg Community Center playground, New Edinburg downtown flag display, the sunflower garden near First Baptist Church and continued cleanup and maintenance projects in the area.
