Random acts of kindness occur in PB

Editor, The Commercial:

With all the anger and disruption in the world that we hear about all the time, random acts of kindness get lost in the din.

On May 6th, I was in the checkout line at Brookshires. The stranger ahead of me paid my grocery bill. My chin must have hit the floor, I was so surprised! As she wished me a good day, all that I could think is “why did she do that?” Random acts of kindness are amazing in that it is a random act. I will pay it forward, reciprocating to some lucky person. And I so hope that the lady who paid my bill reads this and accepts my gratitude.

Thank you, Pine Bluff! No matter what our backgrounds are, we are all in this world together. I hope this starts a trend. We are all better whether we receive or give a Random Act of Kindness!
