A rally and press conference will be held at noon Tuesday on the parking lot of the Arkansas Department of Correction
Central Office (West) located at 6814 Princeton Pike in Pine Bluff.
According to a press release, the purpose of event will be “”to force the ADC to answer vital questions” related to alleged discrimination and other allegations.
