U.S. Postal Service offices that are normally open Saturdays will maintain regular retail hours Christmas Eve, Dec. 24, and New Year’s Eve, Dec. 31. Customers will receive regular mail delivery on these days, according to a news release.
Business Mail Entry Units will maintain regular hours Friday, Dec. 23, and Dec. 30, for commercial customers.
Because Christmas Day and New Year’s Day fall on Sundays, Post Offices will be closed Monday, Dec. 26, and Monday, Jan. 2, on the observed federal holidays.
Only Priority Mail Express will be delivered on the holidays. All post offices will be open and regular mail delivery will resume Dec. 27 and Jan. 3.
