Cedrick Williams of Pine Bluff earned his Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Western Governors University (WGU) of Salt Lake City, according to a news release. The online, nonprofit university held commencement ceremonies last fall and earlier this year for nearly 22,000 graduates from across the country.
