The Pine Bluff Branch of the NAACP will present the 26th annual Dove Freedom Fund Banquet at the Pine Bluff Convention Center at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 20. Registration begins at 5:30 p.m.
Mayor Karen Freeman-Wilson of Gary, Indiana, will be the keynote speaker. Tickets are still available, according to a spokeswoman.
