The Board of Directors of PBJCEOC/Central Delta Community Action Agency will be holding its monthly meeting Thursday, Dec. 19 at 9:30 a.m. at the Star City Civic Center, 201 Liberty St., Star City. The meeting is expected to last two hours.

Central Delta Community Action Agency’s (CDCAA’s) purpose is a commitment to alleviating poverty and assisting low-income individuals and families to secure knowledge, skills and opportunities to become self-sufficient and lead lives of dignity.
