Pine Bluff High School will end its Say Go to College Week activities with a pep rally and assembly in the McFadden Gymnasium at 9 a.m. Friday.
The motivational speaker will be Michael Adrian Davis.
Say Go College Week is an effort sponsored by the Arkansas Department of Higher Education to raise awareness of the value of a post-secondary education.
The week will end Sunday with College Goal Sunday where more than 30 high schools, colleges and universities, including the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, will hold an event to help parents and students with filling out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. UAPB’s College Goal Sunday will begin at 2 p.m. in Henderson-Young Hall rooms 204 and 209 at UAPB.
