Pastors and church leaders are invited to another literacy training from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, March 13, at the board room of the Pine Bluff School District’s central administration building, 512 S. Pine St.
Pine Bluff Superintendent Michael Robinson and the literacy team are inviting clergy to attend. The previous session was entitled, “How to Engage Kids to Get Them Reading on Grade Level.”
Leaders should contact the Rev. Edna Morgan, education chairwoman of the Faith Community Coalition Ministerial Alliance, with the names of people who will attend from their church or organization by Wednesday, March 7, so the district office can have enough time to prepare handouts.
