PB man wins $250,000 in lottery

Billy Bealer of Pine Bluff won $250,000 on Saturday playing the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery.

Bealer bought a “Lucky Lottery Ticket” at the 28th Avenue Citgo in Pine Bluff.
