The Redcoats of the Pine Bluff Regional Chamber of Commerce presented checks of $250 each to two local organizations to support their Christmas giving operations. The members also gave toys to another group.
Donations were made during the Redcoat’s annual gathering, according to the chamber newsletter.
One check was presented to Commander Jason Perdieu of the Salvation Army of Pine Bluff, which provides a variety of services year round.
Another check was presented to Lisa Gober of Southeast Arkansas College to help fund the college’s Operation Elf project that supplies toys to the children of students who need a little help this time of year.

The chamber’s Redcoats also collected toys as part of the Christmas Toy Drive of the Children’s Advocacy Center of Southeast Arkansas.
