Rosalind M. Mouser of Ramsay, Bridgforth, Robinson and Raley LLP, of Pine Bluff has been appointed a member of the Finance Committee and Chair of the Underwriting Committee of the Arkansas Bar Association by 2012-2013 President Charles L. Harwell of Springdale. The appointments became effective July 1.
The Arkansas Bar Association is a voluntary, statewide association with more than 5,000 attorney members.
