Several agencies will be closed in observance of Thanksgiving:
• The Jefferson County Courthouse — Closed Wednesday through Friday.
• Pine Bluff City Hall — Closed Wednesday through Friday.
• White Hall City Hall — Closed Thursday and Friday.
• Liberty Utilities — Closed Thursday and Friday.
• Waste Management — Closed Thursday; garbage collection will run one day behind schedule, according to its website.
• Area Agency on Aging of Southeast Arkansas will be closed Thursday and Friday. Southeast Arkansas Transportation will run only for cancer and dialysis patients.
