The Pine Bluff Pastors on Patrol PEN OR PENCIL Faith-based Mentoring Movement hosted a Gentlemen’s Breakfast at Granny’s Kitchen in White Hall, for the leadership team of the Watson Chapel Wildcat Society of the Gentlemen’s Club.

The club is under the direction of Keith Crockett, a teacher at Watson Chapel High School.

During the breakfast, the Wildcat Society watched a video titled “No Kinda Life.”

Participants held a conversation about specific behaviors that can lead to incarceration and what impact the video had on the gentlemen’s perspectives about prison life.

Pastors on Patrol is exploring the possibility of hosting the breakfast twice a month to help build citizenship, scholarship and leadership, according to a news release from the Rev. Jesse C. Turner, president of the Pine Bluff Faith Community Coalition Ministerial Alliance and executive director of Pine Bluff Interested Citizens for Voter Registration Inc.
