The Arkansas Parole Board on Tuesday denied the request of a Lincoln County man who had asked the board to recommend that his life sentence be commuted.
Reggie Clark, now 54, was convicted of first-degree murder in Lincoln County in 1991 stemming from a case in 1990.
The board ruled that the application was “without merit.”
