The Pine Bluff Parks and Recreation Department will hold a reception to welcome its new athletic director, Thomas Monroe Peters, from 4-7 p.m. Thursday, June 16, at the conference room of Saracen Landing.
“Thomas brings a wealth of sports knowledge to the parks and recreation department,” a spokesman said.
