The Church Outreach Committee will meet at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 7, in Mayor Debe Hollingsworth’s conference room at the civic center. Participants will plan the second annual “Take Back Christmas” Caroling in Pine Bluff Project.
Churches and carolers are invited to attend the meeting. The purpose is to sing Christmas songs only about Jesus in Pine Bluff, a spokesman said in a news release.
Caroling begins with “O Come All Ye Faithful” and ends with “Silent Night.” The caroling will last about 30 to 40 minutes. Participants are asked to wear something red or carry a red bag or a lighted candle.
