Ouachita Baptist University at Arkadelphia named several Southeast Arkansas students to the President’s List and Dean’s List for the fall 2011 semester. President’s List students are required to be full-time and have a 4.0 grade point average and Dean’s List requires students to have 3.5 GPA.
