The Ombudsman Quarterly Workshop will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, March 20, at the Arkansas River Education Service Cooperative, 912 W. Sixth Ave.
An ombudsman is a volunteer interested in visiting nursing facilities and listening to those in need. Martha Deaver, president of the Arkansas Advocates for Nursing Home Residents, will be the guest speaker.
