Neighbor to Neighbor will sponsor Souper Bowl, the annual soup sale, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, Jan. 31. The event will be held at First United Methodist Church, 200 W. Sixth Ave. There won’t be any pre-orders, according to a news release. Soup will be sold for $10 a quart. Details:
