The son of Lisa Evans and Richard Neal of Pine Bluff, he is a graduate of Watson Chapel High School.
Neal has earned education benefits valued at $50,420. After attending basic combat training and advanced individual training, he will serve with the 216 Military Police Rear in North Little Rock as an infantryman.
