The Pine Bluff Branch of the NAACP will elect its 2015-2016 officers and executive committee members Thursday, Nov. 13, from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Kings Highway Baptist Church, 2312 Fluker St.
All NAACP members in good membership standard are encouraged to attend and vote.
