The Pine Bluff Branch of the NAACP will hold a press conference at noon Tuesday, March 31, at the Eighth Avenue side of the civic complex (or in council chambers if it rains).
The purpose is to address a Facebook conversation between Alderman Bill Brumett and former Pine Bluff resident Jimmy C. Cunningham.
