The Pine Bluff branch of the NAACP is accepting candidate consent forms for 2021-22 officers and at-large executive committee members.
According to a news release, the nominating committee is seeking candidates for these positions: president, first vice president, second vice president, third vice president, secretary, assistant secretary, treasurer and assistant treasurer.
The branch can have 10 to 24 at-large executive committee members. Applicants must have been members in good standing of the branch by May 1.
The election will be held Nov. 12. Interested members may request a candidate consent form by calling or emailing Chairwoman Piccola Washington at (870) 543-9978 or washingtor@sbcglobal.net or Secretary Tiffany Copeland at (870) 413-2302 or tcop23@aol.com.
The deadline to submit a consent form is Oct. 1.
