Jefferson County Mutual Aid Association will meet Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at the Highway 15 South Fire Department. The program will include reports from committees, reports from fire departments and other members and guests.
The February Mutual Aid meeting will be hosted by the Watson Chapel Volunteer Fire Department on Feb. 16 at 6:30 p.m.
The association met Dec. 15 and was called to order by Eddie Anderson, Mutual Aid President. The guest speaker Will Fox from Pine Bluff Fire Extinguisher explained about the paper work that will be needed for the fire alarms that will be installed in the county. Also, he gave information about fire extinguishers and answered many questions.
