Jefferson County sheriff’s officials reported Monday that a 14-year-old boy has been located.
Johnny Munnerlyn had been missing since Aug. 8, when investigators were notified that he had run away from a residence in Jefferson County.
The sheriff’s office did not indicate whether Munnerlyn was found in the company of Alexandra Piel, a 19-year-old, white female whom deputies suspected he may have been with.
