The Arkansas Minority Health Commission will host a public forum on the Affordable Care Act and Local Health Needs in Stuttgart.
The forum will be held at the Grand Prairie Center July 27. A free dinner will be served at 5:30 p.m. and the event will be held from 6 to 8 p.m.
The event will be held in partnership with the Arkansas County Partners in Health, Arkansas County Health Unit and Baptist Health Medical Center of Stuttgart.
Local public officials and legislators have been invited. Dr. Eduardo Ochoa of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences will discuss the Affordable Care Act. Entertainment will be provided by Rev. T.W. Scott and the Singing Revs of Pine Bluff and Jeremy Prine of Stuttgart.
All residents of Arkansas County and surrounding areas are invited.
