The Pine Bluff Faith Community Coalition Ministerial Alliance will meet at 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 14, at First United Methodist Church, 200 W. Sixth Ave. “The Ministerial alliance is open to all Christian pastors and ministers,” according to a news release.
