The Southeast Arkansas Chapter of Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) will meet Wednesday, Oct. 24, at Pine Bluff Country Club. Lunch begins at 11:30 a.m. and costs $13. The meeting starts at noon, according to a news release.
Guest presenters will be the new Pine Bluff Salvation Army officials, Capt. Chwight Olige and his wife, Janai Olige, who have been in the city a week, according to a Salvation Army spokesman.
“We are happy to welcome them and look forward to hearing about their experiences and what they have planned for Pine Bluff,” Patsy Milligan, an MOAA spokeswoman, said.
