The Southeast Arkansas Chapter of Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) will meet at noon Wednesday, Jan. 24, at the Pine Bluff Country Club.
Lunch begins at 11:30 a.m. The guest speaker will be Lt. Col. Sherry K. Oehler, professor of military science at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
