Pine Bluff City Council Ward 4 Alderman Steven Mays recently completed the Technical Assistance for Mayors Program.
He received a certificate of completion for being a recipient of the Community Development Block Grants Grantee Training. The training was held at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff Business Incubator in downtown Pine Bluff.
The program was designed to educate Arkansas mayors and aldermen about the various state and federal resources available.
