Pine Bluff Mayor Shirley Washington will give the 2019 State of the City address at 6 p.m. Thursday, March 14, at the Pine Bluff Convention Center.
The community is invited to hear about Pine Bluff’s recent accomplishments and the mayor’s vision for the future, according to a news release.
