A 50-year-old Warren man was arrested Friday and is set to be charged with rape, kidnapping and aggravated burglary, according to a news release from the Arkansas State Police.
Tilton Hill was already in custody at the Dallas County Detention Center on unrelated charges when he was charged in connection with an incident that occurred Sept. 10.
On that date, the Warren Police Department asked the state police for help after receiving a 911 call from a resident who was with a 20-year-old victim.
Hill’s bond was set at $1 million, according to the news release.
