Lowe’s makes donation to Morehead school

Lowe’s Home Improvement Store in Pine Bluff recently donated more than $1,000 worth of items to Robert Morehead Middle School in the Dollarway School District.

The donations included several sun umbrellas, trash bins, a pop-up tent and a water dispenser, according to a news release.

“Principal Paulette Bell, stated that the donations were given to assist with their campus’ beautification project, and will go a long way in helping to approve the appearance of the campus, and provide protection from the sun when students are outside during lunch,” according to the release.

The school thanked Lowe’s staff members, Kristi Grant, head cashier/front end manager; Pevelyn Dobbs, human resources/Lowes Heroes; and Anthony Ward, store manager.
