The LLCs Operating Agreements Workshop will be held from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, April 18, at the welcome center of Southeast Arkansas College.
The Generator, an innovation hub powered by Go Forward Pine Bluff, will host the event.
“Learn about the reasons to have an operating agreement and the various sections that belong in an operating agreement,” according to a news release. “An operating agreement template will be provided.”
