The Oak Park School 21st Century Community Learning Center will host a Black History program at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, March 5, at First United Methodist Church.
The speaker will be the Rev. Payton Parker, a 2014 graduate of the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. 21st Century is a Pine Bluff School District after-school program.
