The Arkansas Department of Correction is hosting a Tip a Cop fundraiser for Special Olympics from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Chili’s restaurant, 5511 S. Olive St.
Travis Chisom, director of Special Olympics, Area IX, said local, county and state law enforcement will be waiting tables and all tips will go to Special Olympics Arkansas.
Area IX, the local Special Olympics group, will receive 30 percent of all funds raised, Chisom said.
