The Jefferson County Landlord Association will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 13, at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff Business Support Incubator, 615 S. Main St.
The guest speaker will be Lt. Joe Paul Harrell with the Pine Bluff Police Department Quality of Life Code Enforcement Division.
