The Jefferson County Landlord Association will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 10, at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff Business Support Incubator, 615 S. Main St.
The speaker will be Bea Cheesman of RMC Collection Agency, who will discuss leases, collections and new laws.
