The Kiwanis Club of Pine Bluff meets at noon Wednesdays at the Pine Bluff Country Club. Meetings are open to the public, according to a news release. Programs include:
Aug. 15 — The Rev. John Landis, First Presbyterian Church transitional pastor. He will discuss “The 10 C’s of Leadership.”
Aug. 22 — Treasurer of State Dennis Milligan, who implemented the AR Finance. AR Future. program, will also discuss the Arkansas 529 college savings investment program, according to the release.
Sept. 5 — Bruce Donaldson, outreach manager for the Arkansas Health Insurance Marketplace. He will provide information on the marketplace and how Arkansans can qualify for special enrollment, according to the release.
Sept. 12 — Jerry Guess, interim superintendent at Watson Chapel School District, who has more than 40 years of experience in education, including 19 as superintendent at Pulaski County and Camden-Fairview, according to the release.
Sept. 19 — Annette Howard Dove, executive director of T.O.P.P.S (Targeting Our People’s Priorities with Service). “Ms. Dove will share information about T.O.P.P.S, a 501c(3) that has been making a difference in Jefferson County since 2002,” according to the release.
