Jefferson Regional Medical Center began the second Healthy Selfie Challenge Feb. 22. Designed to encourage Southeast Arkansas residents to pursue better health, the challenge will continue until Monday, May 1.
Weekly prizes will be awarded, in addition to a grand prize at the end of the challenge.
Any photo that follows the guidelines below will be accepted and every time participants post, they get another chance to win, according to a spokesman.
To be eligible to win, participants must:
• Post healthy photos on their Facebook or Instagram accounts – these can be photos displaying mental, physical, emotional and nutritional health

• Follow (on Instagram) or like (on Facebook) JRMC’s social media page
• On Instagram, tag jrmcarkansas in posts and on Facebook, tag JRMC (to tag on Facebook, participants must type an @ before JRMC and then choose JRMC from the dropdown menu that appears)
• Use the hashtag #healthyselfie in the caption
• Make the photo “public” on Facebook
