Jefferson Regional Medical Center hosted “New Year, Best You,” a women’s health luncheon, on Thursday.
More than 100 women gathered at the Pine Bluff Country Club for a complementary lunch and an informative session focused on urological health, a topic that is important but often overlooked, according to a news release.
The guest speakers for the event were urologists Nathan Green, MD; Jordan Hanberry, MD; and Nick Scherzer, MD, from Jefferson Regional Urology Associates.
They shared insights into common urological issues that can affect women on a daily basis. The presentation was met with great interest from the attendees, who had a multitude of questions.

“This active participation highlighted the community’s need for accessible, reliable health information and underscored the importance of open dialogue between patients and medical professionals,” according to the release.
