All Jefferson County offices will close at 3 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 29, for the Southeast Arkansas Livestock Rodeo Parade, according to a news release from County Judge Dutch King’s office.
The parade will begin at 4:45 p.m. starting at Fifth Avenue and Convention Center Drive and ending at Cherry Street, according to fair officials.
