The Jefferson County Landlord Association will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 11, at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff Business Support Incubator, 615 S. Main St.
The guest speaker will be Joni Alexander, assistant to Mayor Debe Hollingsworth, who will discuss the proposed Youth Engagement Services Department.
