The Jefferson County Youth Committee will host its fifth annual Kids’ Workout Day from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at Robert Morehead Middle School.
Sponsored by the Arkansas Department of Health, the purpose of the event is to promote physical activity, healthy eating and to help children develop lifelong healthy habits.
Children 6 years old and up are invited to participate in this free event. Refreshments will be served.
