The Jefferson County Extension Homemakers will host their annual Holiday Foods Show beginning at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 9, at the St. Joseph Catholic Church Parish Hall, Sixth Avenue and Laurel Street.
Tickets are only available in advance and cost $15. The price includes a booklet, tasting and door prizes, according to a news release.
Sandy Smith and Dot Hart are co-chairwomen of the Holiday Foods Show.
Chairwomen of the various categories are: Appetizers — Cheri Aronowitz, Soups and Salads — Jo Ann Carr, Side Dishes — Brenda Robinson, Main Dishes — Marnette Reed, Breads — Delores Kelley, Desserts — Kaye Richardson, Beverages — Sarah Payton, and Miscellaneous — Sheila Childers.
“The Jefferson County Extension Homemakers have been busy submitting recipes to be demonstrated or shown at the event,” according to the release.

In addition, door prizes will be given throughout the “Seasonal Delights” event.
