The Jefferson County chapter of the Arkansas State Employees Association will meet Monday at 4:45 p.m. at the county Department of Human Services’ office, 1222 W. Sixh Ave., in Pine Bluff. The program will be “Holiday Fire Safety Tips” and feature a presentation by the Pine Bluff Fire and Emergency Services Department on how to keep homes safe from fire during the holidays.
ASEA field representative Marc Watts will also attend to answer questions of general concern to state employees. All state employees in Jefferson County are invited and asked to please bring non-perishable foods for donation to Neighbor to Neighbor for the chapter’s charitable “Seasons of Giving” community project.
