Jefferson Comprehensive Care System Inc. held its 40th annual board meeting on Feb. 19 at the Pine Bluff Convention Center.
Newly elected board members are: Mae Hawkins, Carolyn Hollowell, Dr. Eddie Ocha, and Diann Williams.
Re-elected board members are: Bonita Corbin, Thelma Flournoy, Belinda Jones, Lillie Reeves, and Dorothy Stokes.
Newly elected board members are: Latasha Charley, Jessie Clemmons, Larry Matthews, Jacqueline Millard and Trudy Redus.
Corporate officers are: Dorothy Stokes, chairman; Jeremy Lambert, vice chairman; Leila Alston, secretary; and Al Lowery, treasurer.
A certificate of appreciation was presented to Stephanie Stanton, “on recognition of years of distinguished service, commitment, and outstanding contributions to the Board of Directors 2007-2013.
A certificate of appreciation was presented to Kathleen King, “in recognition of years of service and commitment to the Corporation 2007-2013.”
