JC Penney at The Pines Mall will debut its new clearance center concept beginning at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 18.
The store will feature a new specially-designated area with clearance apparel for women, men and children. The section will also showcase new signage. The special event Saturday will include festivities and refreshments.
