James Matthews Elementary School in the Dollarway School District will host its annual career awareness day from 9 a.m. to noon Thursday, April 18.
The keynote speaker will be local children’s book author, Alice Horton. Participants will also hear from many guest speakers, including Mayor Shirley Washington, according to a news release.
Several college and business representatives will be available as students visit their tables and ask questions about careers, according to the release.
